Our products must be used in a private room (in the case of furniture and poses), a private black market room or a private room with black market furniture. In the case of buying a Trigger in our store you should know the following:

-It is strictly forbidden to use the trigger in public rooms (includes t4/t5de Rooms)
-It is strictly forbidden to save the trigger as an outfit in Outfits Section
-It is strictly forbidden to take photos of the trigger and share it on the Imvu Feed
-In the event that we have sold you a trigger and you do not have a Black Market Room in your inventory at the time of collection of the guarantee (poses do not count), your guarantee will not be valid.

If you comply with all the above, you will have the right to claim the corresponding guarantee of your products. The product Warranty is 30 Days
The guarantee consists of a completely free replacement of the product (as long as the above is met). This replacement may take up to 1 month to arrive.
In the event that the product is removed from the platform after the stipulated warranty time, Imvu sinners will not be responsible for this situation.
ONCE THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED, NO REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED

Nuestros productos deben ser usados en sala privada (en caso de los muebles y poses), sala privada de mercado negro o sala privada con muebles de mercado negro. En el caso de comprar un Trigger en nuestra tienda usted debe saber lo siguiente:

-Esta estrictamente prohibido utilizar el trigger en salas publicas (Incluye salas t4/t5de)
-Esta estrictamente prohibido guardar el trigger como atuendo en la seccion de Outfits

-Esta estrictamente prohibido sacar fotos del trigger y compartirla en el Feed de Imvu
-En el caso que nosotros le hayamos vendido un trigger y usted no posee una Sala Black market en su inventario en el momento del cobro de la garantia (las poses no cuentan) no se le hara validez su garantia

 

Si usted cumple con todo lo dicho anteriormente, usted tendra derecho a reclamar la garantia correspondiente de sus productos. La garantia de los productos es de 30 Dias
La garantia consiste en un reemplazo completamente gratis del producto (siempre y cuando se cumpla lo anterior). Este reemplazo puede tardar en llegar hasta 1 mes.
En el caso que el producto sea removido de la plataforma despues del tiempo de garantia estipulado, Imvu sinners no se hara responsable de esta situacion
